Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Agreement between Aiden Risk Inc. and you regarding the processing of personal data.
Scope & Roles
Aiden processes personal data as a data processor on behalf of clients (data controllers) for the purpose of providing insurance brokerage services.
Sub-Processors
We maintain a list of sub-processors and provide 30 days advance notice of changes. Current sub-processors include AWS, Stripe, HubSpot, and Mixpanel.
